Part 94

Enter a room, go through a doorway, turn left, and proceed through a cell door. Continue through the cell and its doorway, then ascend the stairs.

At the top of the stairs, a room contains a fire in a trash can and four attackers armed with knives and S&W Model 27 Magnums. Eliminate them.

Cross the room, go through a cell door, and proceed across the room through a doorway onto a wooden fire escape. Turn left, go up the stairs, around a corner, through a doorway, and across the room to a door.

Kick open the door to immediately shoot the attacker with a Pump-action shotgun who was knocked to the ground. The room contains two more attackers with S&W Model 27 Magnums and one with a Colt Detective Special. Use a shotgun on any enemies approaching the door before entering to eliminate the rest.

From the entry point, go right to the other end of the room and turn to shoot an attacker wielding a Baseball bat.

Shoot two attackers armed with a Pump-action shotgun and a Colt Detective Special who emerge from the hall beyond the nearby doorway.

Proceed through that doorway, another room, and a final doorway to enter a room with an exterior view through a chain-link fence. On the far left is a Health cabinet containing 50 Health.

Go through the doorway on the far right, proceed through the hall and another doorway into a room, and shoot the attacker with a Colt Detective Special at the doorway of the fenced-in section on the right before they can react.

Go right from where you entered the room, around a corner to a stairwell. Shoot the attacker on the landing above and ahead. Crouch and shoot two more attackers as they come into view while ascending the stairs. These three enemies are armed with two Colt Detective Specials and a Colt 1911.

Continue up the stairs. Use a pillar for cover (press the cover button to crouch behind walls or objects) to shoot the attacker further up the stairs armed with a Pump-action shotgun. Ensure your keybind for sniper mode is functional (you may need to reset it in the Controls section). Proceed to the top of the stairs and approach the door.

Go through the door onto the walk, crouch, and use sniper mode to shoot the politician giving a speech at the podium on the small isle ahead. Aim for the head, and if you miss the first shot, you may get a second chance as the politician cowers before being escorted to a nearby car. Reloading the last save occurs just before this point.

Go back through the door and down the stairs. If you haven't already, shoot the four Boxer dogs in the lot through the doorway or by entering the lot. Proceed left to the end of the lot and shoot the padlock off the gray door.

If you previously interacted with the worker by the manhole in the "Old Prison" section, causing undercover plainclothes policemen to appear, and wish to avoid an attack, drop all weapons.

Proceed through the gray door.

Depending on your actions with the worker in the "Old Prison" section, you can either leave, be frisked by undercover plainclothes police (triggering a cutscene (a non-interactive cinematic the game plays automatically)), or take the Lassiter V16 Charon.

Go to Salieri's Bar and attempt to open the front or back door to save your game, or go to Lucas Bertone's auto service shop for a mission.

If you go to Lucas, use a fast car as this is a timed mission. Press RMB to initiate dialogue with Lucas.

Lucas will explain that he needs you to quickly pick up a guy in the Works Quarter who is unaware that the police are after him. He emphasizes the urgency to bring the man back before the police apprehend him.
