Head to the Villa: Once Salvatore joins you, drive to the Prosecutor's villa. The back gate you need to use is located around the red wall surrounding the yard. On the map, it's just above the 'A' in 'OAK HILL'. This gate only appears during this mission.

Infiltrate the Villa: Talk to Salvatore at the gate to have him unlock it, then open it yourself. Once inside, Tommy tells Salvatore to be quiet and follow his lead. You can tell Salvatore to wait or follow you; he'll switch his behavior each time you talk to him.
