Follow our detailed guide for Part 98 in Mafia: Definitive Edition, covering crate loading, finding collectibles, and navigating the truck chase sequence.
Walkthrough
- 1Go to the two men by the crates across from the Dispatch Hall doorway. Tell them, "Hey, fellas." They will ask, "What can I do for you, buddy?" Tommy will say, "Boys, we need to carry those crates down to the Dispatch Hall." The man will reply, "All right, then. Okay--let's go, boys."
- 2Help the men move the crates onto the pallet in the middle of the far end of the Dispatch Hall. Press the RMB to have Tommy pick up a crate and press the RMB again when Tommy reaches the pallet to put the crate down.
- 3After the crates are moved, the supervisor returns and comments, "Fine. But you threw them here like trash!" There is no time limit until Tommy talks to the supervisor again.
- 4Optional: Find a Health cabinet worth 50 Health in the building at the far end of the lot. This is the same building where the sniper was in "You Lucky Bastard!".
- 5Optional: On the second floor of a warehouse with three armed gangsters, you can find a radio Tommy can turn on or off (RMB). In the nearby lookout shelter is a Knife.
- 6To reach the radio and Knife: From the harbor entrance, go past the orange brick buildings, then right between lumber piles to a blue-gray warehouse. Use the ramps to reach the second floor. Turn 180 degrees to face a gangster at a window. Use a fully-powered Baseball bat to hit the gangster's back as he walks toward the stairs. Then, use the bat to knock out the other two gangsters. The radio is on a pile of boxes in the middle of the room. The song that plays is "Coquette" by Django Reinhardt and The Quintet of The Hot Club de France.
- 7To find the Knife: Go up the ramp to the raised porch of the same warehouse and proceed to the small gray wooden shed attached to the left side of the porch. The Knife is on the floor inside this shed.
- 8Return to the supervisor at the warehouse entrance and talk to him (RMB). Tommy will say, "Chief, the boys at the train there need you. They're having some problems." The supervisor will reply, "I should've known. As soon as I turn my back, everybody immediately goofs off."
- 9The supervisor leaves to check on the train, giving you time to load the Scorsese crates onto the truck without being attacked.
- 10To load the crates: Press RMB to pick up a crate, get onto the back of the truck bed, and press RMB to have the crate teleport to the front of the bed. Repeat for all crates. Alternatively, park your truck sideways against the loading dock facing the exit, then press RMB to have the crate teleport into the truck bed.
- 11Get into the truck and drive to the entrance.
- 12Alternative method (Foofighter18's): After the supervisor leaves to urinate, follow him. Equip and fully power the Baseball bat, hit him in the back, and hide it. Then, load the truck without a time limit.
- 13Drive the truck to the entrance. A guard will stop you and ask for your license. Drive away immediately.
- 14You will be chased by two cars of armed guards. Drive back to the lot with an entrance on the south side of the bend in the road southwest of the "W" in "WORKS QUARTER" on the Map (Tab). You may be chased by three cars depending on your actions.
- 15Once you enter the lot, Health bars for Paulie and Sam will appear. Help them shoot the armed guards entering from the back of the lot. You can use the Pump-action shotgun leaning against a wall in the back.
- 16Optional: You can kill the men from the harbor before taking the cigars to the agreed place. Paulie will congratulate Tommy upon arrival. You can also reach the destination without the truck, and Paulie and Sam will not object.
- 17Paulie will state that Sam is going to get Salieri, and they will take the truck to the warehouse to meet later.
- 18Optional: Before Sam drives back to Salieri, you can follow him to his car and get in the passenger seat. Sam will then drive Tommy to the bar.
- Completion of Part 98.
