    Drive Tommy to the parking lot of Roy's Grill, located on the south side of the 'NEW ARK' block on the map (Tab).

    Locate the gray Celeste Marque 500 with a white soft top parked near the street.

    Warning: If Tommy attempts to pick the lock while the car is parked there, the owner will emerge from the grill and shoot at you with a Colt 1911, and a policeman will also shoot at you with an S&W Model 10 M&P.

    Choose one of the following methods to acquire the car:
    • Uberwolf420's method: Shoot the owner and the policeman, or run one or both of them over.
