Mafia: Definitive Edition Part 31 covers the timed phone booth challenge, the blimp bomber challenge, and the crate challenge.
Walkthrough
- 1Answer Six Telephone Booth Calls (Timed): This task unlocks the Luciferion FWD. The quest giver is on the southwest corner of the "LI" of "Little Italy" on the (minimap (the small circular map in the bottom-left corner of your screen)) (radar (your minimap with nearby blips and threats marked)). You must answer six phone booths within a time limit for each. The first booth is nearby on the same corner. The second is in the north-south alley running through the "W" of "CHINA TOWN." For the third, go through the Giuliano Street Tunnel, make a U-turn left onto the sidewalk, and head northwest to the street, then left to the booth on the left side of the road. For the fourth, go south-southwest. Near where green grass appears on the right, turn right, go down the steps to the lot by the pier, get out, go up the steps, and ahead to the booth at the back of a white building. For the fifth, drive out of the lot, go right, take the second left to go north on Central Island's main road, veer right at the Y-intersection, cross the Giuliano Bridge, make a U-turn left at the end of the red guard rail, go southwest onto the walk, turn right onto the street, continue, and turn left into the park. The booth is by the west side of the northern one-story white building with an orange roof in the park south of the east end of the Terranova Bridge. For the sixth, go back to the road and head down the west coast of New Ark to the northeast corner of the block north of the "WN" of "DOWN TOWN," go right, then left to the east side of the Oakwood cul-de-sac. Go up the northern east-to-west steps east of the Oakwood cul-de-sac, get out, enter the church cemetery on the right, and go north from the church doors to the third window, then to the tombstone ahead and to the left. The sixth booth is beside a tombstone at the Oakwood church. The Luciferion FWD is in the Oakwood tennis courts parking lot, south of the east side of the southmost stretch of east-west road of Oakwood.
- 2Drive Below the Terranova Blimp Bomber (Timed): This task unlocks the Black Metal 4WD. The quest giver is by a Bolt Ace in the front lot of New Ark Hospital, east of the Terranova Bridge. You have two minutes to get the Bolt Ace Coupe to the other side of the blimp's bombing zone over the Terranova Bridge and drive it near the Black Metal 4WD, parked behind the building north of the road just west of the bridge's west end. You can try driving the Bolt Ace west across the bridge, but explosions may stall it. A recommended method is to use a Lassiter V16 Fordor or similar vehicle to push the Bolt Ace west across the bombing zone into the lot at the right side at the west end of the bridge. Then, use the pushing vehicle to drive back east over the bridge, initiate the task, quickly drive west past the bombing zone, get into the Bolt Ace, drive it behind the building on the lot, and park by the Black Metal 4WD. The Black Metal 4WD is an armored car with a cow catcher in the front.
- 3Run, Crouch, and Move the Crate (Timed): This task unlocks the Hillbilly 5.1 FWD. The quest giver is beside a crate marked "SCORSESE" in a parking lot north of the west end of the Giuliano Bridge. This task simulates training scenes, emphasizing the need to run, crouch, and potentially move a crate to block doors during shoot-outs. You may need to run around a larger block, possibly including going under the Giuliano Bridge.
