Speak with Salieri to receive your objectives: find Frank, get the account books, and kill him.

Go to Vincenzo's workshop. You will receive a Colt 1911 and a Sawed-off shotgun (also known as a Lupara). Vincenzo notes the Sawed-off has a short range but covers a lot of real estate.

Go to Ralphy to get a car. Ralphy will show you how to pick the lock of a Schubert Extra Six Fordor. You can now jack or pick the lock of any Schubert Extra Six.

Drive to Chinatown and speak with Big Biff, located across the street from the north side of the square below the "T" of "CHINA TOWN" on the map (Tab). He will direct you to Little Tony.

Drive to the art gallery museum on the south end of Central Island and speak with Little Tony by the museum entrance. He will tell you about a bald man named Idiot Joe who hangs out on the lot under the bridge near Bertone's service station.

Drive to the lot on the east side of the road that goes beneath the east end of the Giuliano Bridge.

Find Idiot Joe in the middle of a group of three men and speak with him to find out where Frank is. If Joe is uncooperative, you can hit him to skip a lengthy conversation.
