Part 54

You start in an alley with Sarah being harassed by three men. Tommy intervenes, and after some dialogue, a fight breaks out.

Combat Strategy: Your primary goal is to protect Sarah. The game suggests Tommy circle-strafing with Knuckle Dusters to avoid clinches, which are dangerous. If you get into a clinch, try crouching (press C) and moving away, or double-tapping a movement button for a side roll.

Weapon Options: You can find a Plank leaning against a pallet in the alley. It's more powerful than fists but requires Tommy to stand still while powering up, increasing the risk of clinches. Using it without powering up and focusing on movement might work, but Knuckle Dusters are generally easier. You might also get a Knife from one of the enemies if you power up Tommy's strike before hitting them – this is a one-hit kill if successful.

After dealing with the initial group of thugs, Tommy needs to escort Sarah through a winding alley to another location where she's being harassed by two more men and a guy with a Baseball Bat. Engage and defeat them.

Once the area is clear, talk to Sarah. She'll thank Tommy for his help.

Now, you need to escort Sarah back home. Follow her through the open door ahead and to the right, then through the next door and into an alley leading to the sidewalk.

Keep an eye out for any remaining thugs who might try to block her path, though they shouldn't attack directly at this point.

Continue escorting Sarah west on the sidewalk, then north across the street, and west again on the sidewalk. During this walk, you'll have a conversation where Sarah talks about her father, Paulie, and Mr. Salieri.

Follow the directions to her apartment building, which is located on the east side of the north-south street above the second 'I' in 'LITTLE ITALY' on the map (press Tab to view). Head up the steps with black handrails to her door.

Sarah will invite Tommy inside. A cutscene plays where she tends to Tommy's wounds.

After the cutscene, Sarah offers Tommy a drink. He accepts, and she returns with whiskey. She then puts on some music and sits with Tommy.

The mission concludes with a conversation and a moment between Tommy and Sarah.
