    After the conversation with Salieri and Vincenzo, speak with Ralphy to acquire a Crusader Chromium Streak (or any Crusader Chromium). Tommy can pick the lock of this car.

    Drive the acquired car to the docks on the southwest corner of Central Island.

    Approach the receptionist at the docks. If Tommy doesn't have an invite, he'll be turned away.

    To proceed without an invite, go to the right of the phone booth, enter the nearby building, and go downstairs to the locker room. Change into a sailor outfit.
