Head to the shrine, choose "Ready Jutsu", and equip your shurikens. You can even use TRIANGLE in that menu to set them as a shortcut item – super handy!

After that, two enemies will appear. While shurikens offer a nice ranged option to pull enemies closer and make things safer, they do low damage. You'll likely need to finish them off with your sword. Once they're down, the mission is complete. Remember, visiting a shrine reloads your items, and you can find others that recharge your Ninjutsu.
