Learn the moves of Hundred Eyes in Nioh 3, including Laser Eye Sweep, Rear Tentacle Smash, and Laser Eye Summon.
Walkthrough
- 1Laser Eye Sweep: Hundred Eyes sweeps lasers directly in front using its side tentacles. Dodge through the beams to stay safe and attack from its sides.
- 2Rear Tentacle Smash: This attack occurs when you are directly behind Hundred Eyes. It smashes down tentacles on the sides and middle behind it. Avoid staying behind the boss for long periods; aim for its sides instead.
- 3Laser Eye Summon: Hundred Eyes rests, regenerating HP while summoning small eyeballs that shoot weak lasers. These eyeballs can be killed with a single hit, or multiple with a sweeping weapon. When Hundred Eyes heals, clear the eyes and attack him. The second time this move is used, the eyes will remain, so be sure to kill them then.
- 4Staff Swing: Hundred Eyes swings its giant staff outwards. Stick to its sides or dash inwards to avoid this. It can be done twice in a row, but rarely. Guarding is a last resort; attacking its sides is more ideal. It can also perform an outward slam with the staff, which is easier to dodge with a quick left or right dash.
- 5Blood Shards: Multiple blood shards appear above Hundred Eyes and are fired at you. Watch its hands; when it drops its arm, it's about to fire. Roll out of the way. It usually fires five at a time, but can fire more when at lower health; run instead of rolling if this happens.
