For a Chansey with a Base EXP of 255 at Level 59:

1. Base EXP x Opponent Pokemon's Level / 7 = 255 x 59 / 7 = 15045 / 7 = 2149 (Rounded)
2. First Bonus: 2149 x 1.5 = 3223.5 (Rounded to 3224)
3. Second Bonus: 3224 x 1.5 = 4836 (Rounded to 4836)
