Whirlwind is a Normal-type move with the category Other. It has 20 PP (Power Points) and 100% accuracy. In wild Pokémon battles, using Whirlwind will end the battle immediately. If used during a trainer battle, it forces the opponent to switch their active Pokémon. Whirlwind is also usable in Pokémon Contests under the Smart category. When all Pokémon have appealed to the same judge, you get an extra +1 (3) if you are the first to appeal.
