Learn how the Normalize ability in Pokémon Platinum transforms moves into Normal Type, affecting damage and type matchups.

Pokémon with Normalize:

• Delcatty

Ability Effect: When a Pokémon with the Normalize ability is active, all of its moves are transformed into the Normal Type. For example, if a Pokémon uses Thunderbolt, it will become a Normal Type move. This means it will deal normal damage to Water-type Pokémon but will be able to hit Ground-type Pokémon, which are normally immune to Electric-type moves.
