Boss: Galactic Grunt
- Pokemon: Croagunk lv 31 (Poison/Fighting)
- Info: Psychic attacks are very effective against Croagunk due to its Poison/Fighting typing. Porygon or Kadabra/Alakazam with Psybeam can defeat it easily. Ground and Flying attacks are also effective.

Tips
- Machoke is a good Pokémon to catch if you don't want to train a Machop or plan to trade.
- Swablu and Scyther are exclusive to Pokémon Platinum.
- The first stretch of Route 210 North has long grass, preventing bike use.
- Hidden ninja trainers are present but are weak.
- The northern part of Route 210 North is covered in fog, which lowers accuracy for all Pokémon. A Pokémon with the move Defog (learned from Solaceon Ruins) is recommended to clear the fog.
- There are many trainers on the bridge; bring plenty of Potions and Revives.
- You can reach Celestic Town without Defog, but it is recommended.
Celestic Town Item House:
- Poke Ball: 200
- Great Ball: 600
