Pokémon with Synchronize: Abra, Kadabra, Alakazam, Mew, Natu, Xatu, Espeon, Umbreon, Ralts, Kirlia, Gardevoir.

Ability Effect: If your Pokémon is attacked with a Poison, Paralyze, or Burn status-inflicting move, the opponent receives the same status condition, unless the opponent has a resistance to that specific condition.

Out of battle: When a Pokémon with the Synchronize ability is the lead Pokémon in your party, 1 in 2 wild Pokémon encounters will have the same status condition as the lead Pokémon.
