Alright, so you're about to run into a squad of Spec Ops soldiers. They'll pop out from around that corner up ahead, so don't get caught in the open. Your best bet is to make a break for that dumpster – get behind it and start laying down some fire. Slowly push forward from cover to cover, taking them out as you go. Honestly, there aren't a ton of good hiding spots here, so sometimes just charging 'em head-on is the way to go. Don't forget, blind firing can be surprisingly effective too!

Once you've dealt with them, you'll want to head into the Raccoon City Water Works building right in front of you.

Raccoon City Waterworks

Your main objective in here is to disable the generators. As soon as you enter, head down the stairs. Your squad will catch up, and you'll eventually reach the door leading to the Power Plant. Pro-tip: Before you go through that door, make sure you're stocked up. There's an ammo crate in the room just off to the right, and you should definitely grab any First Aid Sprays you see lying around in the immediate area. You'll thank me later!
