Locate the Frag Grenade in Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City. Find it near a soda machine in the hospital corridor.

Alright, so you're in the City Hall Lobby again, and it's swarming with zombies. Just clear 'em out and head for the double doors on the far side to get to the reception area. If you're playing solo and your squad's decided to chill with the Lickers back in the Lecture Room, just leave 'em be and head straight for the reception doors to finish the mission.

Once you're in the City Hall Reception, look for a laptop on a bench to your right. Make sure to use it to snag any intel you've picked up. Then, just open any of the double doors ahead to wrap up the mission!

Now, things shift over to the Hospital for Mission 3, 'Lights Out.' Your objective is to hunt down survivors, but it's not going to be a walk in the park with an old enemy and his crew in the way.

When you start in the Raccoon Hospital reception area, there are a bunch of pickups scattered around. Your main goal is to get through the double doors down the hall to the right, behind the reception counter.

As you make your way down the corridor towards those double doors, keep an eye out on your left. You'll find a Frag Grenade lying on the floor near an open soda machine. Grab it!

There’s also another Frag Grenade located in the room that requires the blue card to unlock, which is further down the hall.
