Alright, so Nicholai's decided to make things spicy. As you head up the stairs, you'll see laser mines plastered all over the walls. Don't just blindly run up there! Take a moment to shoot those mines as you ascend. Once you reach the top, you'll enter the Patient Waiting Room.

This room is crawling with zombies, and some of them are the explosive kind. They're pretty spread out, so take your time after entering to spot them all. It's best to pick them off from a distance before they can get too close. Keep an eye out for a --LAPTOP-- on the reception counter over on the far left. To keep moving, you'll want to open the double doors located on the back right side of the room.

Security Camera 9/10

Just as your team is entering the waiting room, look to the left side of the back wall. You should spot the ninth security camera there.

• First Aid Spray — You'll find this on a metal tray situated near the left wall.

Intel

• Intel 18 — This piece of intel is lying on the floor, tucked away between two hospital beds directly across from where you entered the room.
• Intel 19 — You can find this on a metal tray, somewhere in the middle section of the seating area.
