Alright, so after that intense cutscene with Birkin, you'll find yourself in the hallway right outside his lab. Don't get too comfortable though, because that door straight ahead is about to blow open and send everyone flying. Seriously, no matter where you stand, you're going down. It's unavoidable!

Objective: Neutralize all Spec Ops forces

As soon as you're back on your feet, some Spec Ops soldiers are gonna barge in. You need to take them out fast. Once they're down, a new doorway will open up, leading you to the elevator area. Get through there quickly!

Elevator Area

This next part is all about cover and smart grenade usage. Head for the metal crates on the right side of the area and take cover. The Spec Ops guys will be dug in, and while your grenades aren't great for direct damage against them, they're perfect for flushing them out of their hiding spots. Toss a grenade near their cover to make them move, then pick them off. If you're having trouble landing shots, this is your best bet.

Once the area is clear, hop on the elevator. As it starts moving up to the top floor, you'll hear a monster growling – just a little something to keep you on your toes!

Items:

  • Green Herb — You'll find this on top of a crate to your left as you enter the elevator corridor.
  • First Aid Spray — This is on a crate near where you'll find the grenades.

Intel:

  • Intel 12 — Look for this between two wooden crates, sitting on top of a metal crate. It's near the door that exploded to get you into this area.

Weapons & Ammo:

  • Frag Grenade — Found on the floor towards the back left of the elevator area.
  • Incendiary Grenade — Also on the floor in the back left, near the frag grenade pickup.

Security Cameras:

  • Security Camera 7/11 — This one's located above the door that explodes after HUNK grabs the G-virus sample.
  • Security Camera 8/11 — You'll spot this above the closed door to your right while you're fighting the Spec Ops soldiers in the elevator area.
