SPECTRE, whose full name is Vladimir 'Bodrovski', is a veteran of the Cold War and a former spy. He was originally part of Umbrella's European wing but was transferred for undisclosed reasons. His expertise in surveillance led to his placement within the U.S.S. (Umbrella Security Service) and eventually his transfer to the Wolfpack squad, as Umbrella's upper management recognized the significant benefit his skills would provide.
