Alright, so you've got this mission, 'One in the Back.' It sounds a bit ominous, but we'll get through it. You'll start out in front of a cemetery, and the first thing you need to do is just run past those initial roadblocks. Keep pushing forward, past the bus that's blocking the next set of roadblocks. Things are about to get a little hairy because a cutscene will pop up showing off some nasty turrets waiting for you at the end of the street.

Now, you *could* try to sneak past them or use that switch to disable them, but honestly, it's way safer to just destroy them outright. The switch is actually behind the turrets, so you'd have to get past them anyway. Your best bet is to find the sniper rifle, which is a precision rifle, stashed behind a roadblock on your left. Grab it, take cover, and start picking off those turrets from a distance. While you're at it, don't forget to take out the Umbrella soldiers hanging out behind the barricade up ahead.

Here's the deal with the turrets: each one has five red lights on it. You need to destroy all of those lights to take the turret down. Each light takes two shots to destroy with the rifle. So, focus on those glowing spots. Once both turrets are toast and the soldiers behind the barricade are dealt with, you can move up to the blockade at the end of the street.

Quick Tip: If you've got Willow on your team, she has a neat trick. She can activate her stealth camouflage and make a run straight for the turrets. She can then use that switch behind them (it's on the right wall, behind the blockade) to deactivate them. It's a bit risky, but it's an option if you're struggling with the direct approach.
