After the cutscene, defeat the two attacking USS soldiers.

Move past the first bus. Two more USS soldiers will attack near the next bus and roadblock.

Do not move past the second bus and roadblock yet. Pick up either the burst rifle or the bolt-action rifle propped up nearby.

Prepare to fight snipers that will appear on the City Hall rooftop. Move ahead to trigger a cutscene showing them.

Immediately after the cutscene, rush to the wrecked police car across from the Barber Shop (near Intel 7) and blast the snipers from long range.

After killing the snipers, look in the courtyard and blast the USS soldiers there.

As your team moves further ahead, a cutscene will play showing USS snipers on the City Hall building.

Be aware that zombies will continually spawn and can interfere with aiming if you engage snipers in the street.

If you die and continue, zombies will stop spawning.

Before reaching the City Hall building, grab the First Aid Spray and Antivirus Spray in the second alley on the right.

Utilize the ammo box in front of the City Hall courtyard, as it is the only one in the current area.

Tips

If you stand on the left side of the bus with the bolt-action rifle, you can get a clear view of soldiers in front of the City Hall entrance doors and snipe them.
Zombies can be a major problem when trying to kill snipers in the streets; they will continually spawn and disrupt your aim.
