Real-Survival Mode Differences:

Item box items do not transfer between different item boxes.
If you leave an item in one box, you must return to that specific box to retrieve it.
You can view the contents of item boxes on your map (minimap (the small circular map in the bottom-left corner of your screen)).
This mode is recommended only for veteran Resident Evil players due to its high difficulty.

One Tough Zombie: Forest Speyer

Forest Speyer, a zombified member of Bravo Team, will pursue you throughout the game.
He is equipped with explosives.
Warning: Shooting Forest Speyer will cause an explosion, resulting in an immediate game over.
The best approach is to avoid shooting him.
