Walkthrough

Mansion

Your first objective is to find clues. After speaking with Barry, proceed through the far door to encounter your first zombie. Shoot it down, then aim at its fallen body to ensure it stays down. This zombie is Kenneth, the first clue. Collect the clips and return to Barry. Another zombie will burst in, and Barry will handle it. Head to the Main Hall, where Barry will give you a lock pick and directions. Go through the blue doors. In this room, move the steps next to the statue to collect the map, then move the desk to access another area. Inside, deal with a zombie on the floor, collect the ribbon from the shelf, and exit.

Proceed down the corridor. A dog will attack; shoot it with 5-6 timed shots. Another dog will appear around the corner; repeat the process. The first door on the left is a bathroom (ignore it unless you are Chris, then drain the water for a cabinet key). Continue down the corridor to two more doors. The left door leads to a room with a shotgun. Jill can take it, but it triggers a trap Barry will save her from. Chris should avoid this room for now.

Through the other door, you'll face two more zombies. Aim high to blow off their heads if playing as Jill. Go through the Grey Door, kill the zombie by the stairs, collect the green plant (use if injured), and enter the save room. Save your game, deposit items, collect the Earth, and exit. Go upstairs. Take out the zombie to your left and another behind you. Proceed through the door at the end of the corridor.

Shoot the zombie and enter a small study. Examine the Botany book and leave. Continue down the corridor, past the green doors you cannot enter yet. After dispatching another zombie, you'll find two more doors. Enter the unlocked one to return to the Main Hall. Barry will meet Jill and give her bazooka ammo. Locate the bazooka in the next room, guarded by crows. Investigate the body to find the bazooka (Chris finds clips). Exit and cross the hall to the other door.

You are now on the balcony above the Dining Room. Kill the two zombies, push the stone statue off the balcony, and go through the far door. Kill two more zombies by the stairs, then descend. Deal with two more zombies and go through the door at the bottom. This is a save room. Chris meets Rebecca here; choosing 'Yes' for her help will provide medicine and later assistance. Collect the ribbon (Chris gets a key) and save. Remember this room.

Exit and continue down the corridor, encountering another zombie. The door on your right contains ammo and a rusty shotgun (Chris needs this to get the actual shotgun) but is inaccessible yet. Go through the other door, shoot the zombies, and head towards the plant room. In this room, a plant blocks access to a key. Put the Earth in the pump to kill the plant and collect the key. Use green plants if injured. Return to the rusty shotgun room to collect items (Chris uses the rusty shotgun to get the new one). Go back through the doors and turn right.

Enter the bedroom on your right. Collect the clip from the bed. A zombie will emerge from the cupboard when you investigate the desk.
