Resident Evil Courtyard/Garden walkthrough: Learn how to get CREST #1, the CRANK S, and escape the Shark Tank.
Walkthrough
- 1From the room with ample ammo, store everything except the GRENADE LAUNCHER, one health item, and the 3 MASKs in the item box.
- 2Exit through the now one-way broken door at the bottom.
- 3Proceed across the Short Hall to the door leading to the Stain Glass Hall.
- 4In the Stain Glass Hall, flip the switch on the first picture to turn it Orange.
- 5Run past the second and third pictures; the hall will U-turn.
- 6Flip the switches on the first two pictures to make them Green and Purple, respectively.
- 7Run to the end of the hall and flip the switch under the Woman's picture.
- 8Exit into the Small Garden and use the LOCK PICK on the door.
- 9Pick up the 4th MASK and descend into the Crypt.
- 10In the Crypt, use the corresponding mask for each of the 4 spots.
- 11A coffin will fall; approach it, and a monster will emerge.
- 12Kill the monster, pick up the item in the coffin, and flip the switch inside.
- 13The door will open, allowing you to leave with CREST #1.
- 14Return to the Stained Glass Hall, then the Short Hall.
- 15Proceed straight down the darkened area and exit through the door into the Curved Hall.
- 16Use CREST #1 on the slot in the Curved Hall and enter the Small Shed.
- 17Pick up any needed health items and enter the smaller door.
- 18You are now in the Compass Garden. Set the first compass to West and the second to North.
- 19Exit through the gate into the Crow Garden.
- 20Run down the Crow Garden and exit through the gate into the Shed Garden.
- 21Proceed to the Shed at the end of the Shed Garden and enter.
- 22Go to the back of the Shed and pick up the CRANK S.
- 23Drop off the ARMOR KEY in the item box.
- 24Return to the fireplace area of the Shed. A door will open.
- 25Run towards the fireplace; at the 3 stairs, you will be knocked out.
- 26Warning: You cannot skip the CG. Either run around or knock out Lisa (requires 3 grenades).
- 27Leave the Shed, run down the Shed Garden, dodge the zombie, and exit into the Crow Garden.
- 28Run through the Crow Garden and back to the Small Shed. Enter the double doors.
- 29You are in the Broken Fountain area. Pick up any herbs and proceed through the double doors up the stairs into the Pool area.
- 30Use the CRANK S on the machine to the left in the Pool area to lower the water.
- 31Go down the ladder, across the pool to the elevator, and take it down.
- 32You are now in the Waterfall area. Stay close to the waterfall and proceed to the door, entering the Servant's Quarters Hall.
- 33Run down the hall, past the snakes, to the Servant's Quarters.
- 34Enter the first open room, which is your Save Room. Store excess herbs and the CRANK S. Save if desired.
- 35Go to the room at the end of the hall (Hall 1) and enter the Billiard Room.
- 36Deal with the two spiders if necessary. Pick up the RED BOOK from the lower area.
- 37Leave the Billiard Room. Push the box next to the other two stacked boxes.
- 38Climb over the 3 boxes and enter Hall 2.
- 39Proceed down Hall 2 and enter Room 002 (the second door).
- 40Push the left bookcase against the wall and the right bookcase to the right. A ladder will appear.
- 41Enter the bathroom and pick up KEY 001.
- 42Return to Hall 1 and enter Room 001 (the only door on the north part of the screen).
- 43Enter the bathroom and pick up the CONTROL KEY from the tub.
- 44Return to the ladder in Room 002 and go down into the Long Hall.
- 45Push the 3 boxes into the water and walk across. Pick up any needed herbs.
- 46Enter the Shark Tank and run to the right. Skip the CG.
- 47Warning: Sharks will attack. Keep running. If you are too slow, the Great White will emerge.
- 48Go left into the inner area, then left again. Go up the stairs and through the door.
- 49You are in the Pressure Room. Use any herbs to cure yourself and go down the ladder.
- 50There are 3 panels: Panel 1 (left), Panel 2 (top), Panel 3 (right).
- 51Hit Panel 2. The Great White will react.
- 52Press the switch on Panel 3, then Panel 1. The shutter will only lower halfway.
- 53Go back to the hall and to the Oil Pressure Machine. Hit switch #1 (or try all 3 if needed). The shutter will rise.
- 54Go back, hit Panel 3, then Panel 1. You are safe.
- 55Hit Panel 2 to attack the Sharks.
- 56Exit through the door with the porthole into Tank 1.
- 57Go to the door on the far right into Tank 2.
- 58Proceed to the end and go up onto the platform near the Great White.
- 59Attempt to pick up the shining object; the Great White will knock it into the water.
- 60Push the box near where you came up into the water.
- 61Hit the switch near you to electrocute the Great White.
- 62Enter the water and retrieve the GALLERY KEY.
- 63Return to Tank 1 and enter through the double doors.
- 64In Tank 3, go up the ladder and out into the Long Hall.
- 65Return to Room 002.
- 66Unlock the Gallery.
