KENNETH'S FILM

A detailed walkthrough for Resident Evil, guiding players through finding Kenneth's body and progressing through the early mansion sections of the game.

Walkthrough:

1. After speaking with Barry, proceed through the far door.
2. Engage and defeat the first zombie; this is Kenneth's body, the first clue. Ensure you collect the clips.
3. Return to Barry. A zombie will attack, and Barry will handle it.
4. Proceed to the Main Hall. Barry will give you a lock pick and direct you.
5. Go through the blue doors. Move the steps next to the statue to collect the map.
6. Move the desk to reveal a door and enter. Defeat the zombie on the floor and collect the ribbon.
7. Exit and go through the other door.
8. As you walk down the corridor, a dog will attack; defeat it.
9. Another dog will appear around the corner; defeat it and proceed.
10. The first door on the left is a bathroom (ignore unless playing as Chris, then drain water for a cabinet key).
11. Continue down the corridor to two doors. The left door leads to the shotgun (triggering a trap that Barry will save you from if you are Jill; Chris should avoid this room initially).
12. Go through the other door to face two more zombies.
13. Enter the Grey Door and kill the zombie by the stairs. Collect the green plant.
14. Enter the adjacent room to find a save room with a chest containing clips. Save your game and store items.
15. Exit and go up the stairs. Defeat the zombie to your left and another behind you.
16. Proceed through the door at the end of the corridor.
17. Shoot the zombie and enter the small study. Examine the Botany book and exit.
18. Head along the corridor, past the green doors you cannot enter yet.
19. Shoot another zombie and find two more doors. Enter the unlocked one.
20. You will be back in the Main Hall. If playing as Jill, Barry will give you bazooka ammo.
21. Find the bazooka in the door next to the one you just exited, guarded by crows. Collect the bazooka (or clips for Chris). Do not kill the crows.
22. Exit and go across the hall to the other door.
23. You are now on the balcony above the Dining Room. Kill the two zombies.
24. Push the stone statue off the balcony and go through the far door.
25. Kill the two zombies by the stairs and go down.
26. Defeat the two zombies at the bottom of the stairs and go through the door.
27. This is a save room. If playing as Chris, Rebecca will appear and offer help. Save your game and collect the ribbon (or key for Chris).
28. Exit and continue down the corridor, encountering another zombie.
29. The door on the right contains items and a rusty shotgun (Chris needs this). You cannot enter yet.
30. Go through the other door, shoot the zombies, and head down the narrow corridor towards the plant room.
