Upon returning to the Mansion, you'll encounter more zombies. Clear them out.

Head towards the door next to where you found the bazooka (or clips for Chris). This area is guarded by crows. Investigate the body to find the bazooka (or clips for Chris). It's advised not to kill the crows.

Exit and cross the hall to the other door. You'll be on the balcony above the Dining Room.

Kill the two zombies on the balcony.

Push the stone statue off the balcony.

Go through the door on the other side.

Kill the two zombies by the stairs.

Go down the stairs, where two more zombies await.

Go through the door at the bottom of the stairs. This is a save room.

(Chris only) You will meet Rebecca here. If you agree to let her help, she will prepare medicine for you.

Collect the ribbon on the bed (Chris gets a key). Save your game.

Exit the save room and continue down the corridor, encountering another zombie.

The door on your right contains a clip, shotgun shells, and a rusty shotgun (Chris needs this to obtain the regular shotgun). This room cannot be entered yet.

Go through the other door, shoot the zombies, and head down the narrow corridor towards the plant room.

In the plant room, a dangerous plant blocks access to a key. Place the 'Earth' item into the pump to defeat the plant and collect the key. Use green herbs if injured.

Return to the rusty shotgun room and collect the items. (Chris must use the rusty shotgun to get the new shotgun).

Go back through the doors and turn right.

Enter the door on your right to find a bedroom. Collect the clip on the bed.

Investigate the desk, which will trigger a zombie to emerge from the cupboard. Defeat it.

Tips

Aim for the head when shooting zombies to conserve ammo and potentially trigger headshots.
If playing as Jill, Barry will assist you in certain situations, like the shotgun trap.
Chris has a slightly different path and item acquisition, notably needing the rusty shotgun to get the standard one.
The plant in the plant room is a significant obstacle; ensure you have the 'Earth' item ready.
