A. MANSION AREA

After speaking with Barry, proceed through the far door to encounter your first zombie. Shoot it until it falls, then aim down and shoot it again to ensure it stays down. Collect any dropped ammo.

Return to Barry. A zombie will burst in; Barry will handle it.

Proceed to the Main Hall. Barry will give you a lock pick. Go through the blue doors.

In the next room, move the steps next to the statue to collect the map. Move the desk away from the door and enter. Defeat the zombie on the floor, collect the ink ribbon from the shelf, and exit.

Go through the other door. A dog will attack; shoot it with 5-6 shots.

Around the corner, another dog will attack; repeat the process. Exit through the door.

The first door on the left is a bathroom (ignore unless playing as Chris, then drain water for a cabinet key). Continue down the corridor to two doors.

The left door leads to a room with a shotgun. If playing as Jill, enter and retrieve it; Barry will save you from a trap. If playing as Chris, do not enter yet.

Through the other door, you will encounter two more zombies. Proceed through the Grey Door and kill the zombie by the stairs. Collect the green herb and use it if needed.

Enter the next door to find a save room. Save your game, deposit items, and collect the herb. Exit and go up the stairs.

Kill the zombie to your left and the one behind you. Enter the door at the end of the corridor.

Shoot the zombie and enter the small study to your right. Examine the Botany book and leave.

Continue down the corridor, past the green doors (inaccessible yet). After defeating another zombie, you will find two more doors. Enter the unlocked one.

You are back in the Main Hall. If playing as Jill, Barry will give you bazooka ammo.

Go to the door next to the one you just exited. Investigate the body to find the bazooka (Chris finds ammo). Do not kill the crows.

Exit and go across the hall to the other door. You are now on the balcony above the Dining Room. Kill the two zombies.

Push the stone statue off the balcony and go through the far door. Kill the two zombies by the stairs and go down.

Kill the two zombies at the bottom of the stairs and go through the door. This is a save room. If playing as Chris, Rebecca will appear; choose to accept her help for later benefits. Collect the ink ribbon (Chris gets a key) and save.

Exit and continue down the corridor, encountering another zombie.

The door on your right contains items and a rusty shotgun (Chris needs this). You cannot enter yet.

Go through the other door, shoot the zombies, and head down the narrow corridor towards the plant room.

In the plant room, use the Earth from the save room on the pump to kill the plant and retrieve the key behind it. Use green herbs if injured.

Return to the rusty shotgun room and collect the items (Chris must use the rusty shotgun to get the functional one).

Go back through the doors and turn right.

Enter the bedroom on your right. Collect the clip from the bed. A zombie will emerge from the cupboard when you investigate the desk. Defeat it.
