2F Patient Wing: The second Nurse encountered has a revolver. Prioritize taking her down quickly after dealing with the first Nurse. Aim for fighting kills by kicking downed enemies.

M5: Three Nurses are present, one with a revolver. Block attacks effectively and blast them. Refer to the 'Strategies' section for more details. This area can be re-visited for farming kills.

2F Employee Wing: Head towards the Women's Locker Room. Eliminate the revolver Nurse first, then the others.

1F Patient Wing: The third Nurse has a revolver. If time permits, down and kick the first two enemies, then deal with the revolver Nurse. If she approaches too quickly, sprint to kill her and then finish the others.

C2: Three Nurses with pipes. Be patient, block their attacks, and then blast them.

Hospital Roof: Collect two magazines of SMG ammo. Kill three Closers, using spacing and the SMG or Shotgun to knock them down. Aim for fighting kills but avoid taking excessive damage.

3F Patient Wing: Towards the end of the hall, three Nurses will appear: two with pipes on the sides and one with a revolver behind. Consider leaving the one near room S14, eliminate the lead Nurse behind, then quickly kill the revolver Nurse before returning to the others.

Normal Brookhaven Completion: Aim for at least 65 shooting kills and 70 fighting kills before leaving. The 2F patient wing and M5 offer respawn exploits for farming kills if needed.

Nightmare Hospital - 3F Employee Wing: Use the Silenced Handgun and jerky for Slurpers if necessary, otherwise, keep your flashlight off and run past them.

Nightmare Hospital - 3F Employee Wing (Return): If enemies remain when returning to fill the Plastic Bag, be quick. Use the patient wing doors and head for the elevator, or take the Day Room route if it seems safer.

Nightmare Hospital - 1F: Pass through the Day Room quickly to avoid a revolver Nurse and a Slurper patrol in the lobby. Engage the Nurse in the Day Room for a fighting kill, then sprint past the Slurper and Nurse in the final hall before C4. The SMG can be useful here, but conserve ammo for Leonard if using that strategy.

Save Point: Right before Leonard is an ideal spot for your second save (PC version). On PS2, it's recommended to wait until this point. Record kill counts if saving here.
