Alright, we're heading down to the Second Floor Employee Wing. The main goal here is to find out who's making that mysterious phone call. Take the elevator down to 2F – don't worry about those extra basement buttons just yet.

When you get to 2F, head into the Men's Locker Room. You'll find the source of that ringing phone inside one of the lockers. After Heather takes the call, you'll learn that our friend Stanley is now known as 'number 7 underground.' We'll figure out what that means soon enough.

This phone call is important! The mystery man mentions a present waiting for you on the first floor, but you'll only get it if you answer this call. Kind of a callback to Silent Hill 2's Trick or Treat, right?

After the call, exit the locker room. Across the hall is the Women's Locker Room. Don't be shy, pop open the trash can inside – nobody's watching – and grab the PLASTIC BAG and a HEALTH DRINK. If you're feeling brave, you can explore deeper into the room, but there's not much else there.

Remember that blood bucket you found on the third floor? Well, now you have a bag, so you can actually carry it around if you think you might need it later. There's no way into the 2F patient wing from here, so keep that in mind. Watch out for the two Slurpers lurking in the hall. Once you're past them, use the elevator to head back up to 3F.
