Walkthrough
  1. 1
Fast travel near Deathclaw Sanctuary, avoiding direct travel to prevent Deathclaw ambushes. Loot a locked footlocker [Average] for items and a copy of Duck and Cover!.
  2. 2
Inside Deathclaw Sanctuary, avoid using your Pip-Boy light. Sneak-attack Deathclaws. Head south down a ramp to find the Bobblehead - Endurance, a Mini-Nuke, and a copy of Nikola Tesla and You on a Brahmin corpse. Nearby, find a pile of bodies with minor equipment and a Nuka-Cola Quantum.
  3. 3
Continue through Deathclaw Sanctuary, sniping Deathclaws. Watch for enemies on high ground. Loot piles of bodies, including an Enclave body. Find the unique Ripper, Jack, on a dead Enclave Officer to the southeast. Further southeast, find the unique Gatling Laser, Vengeance, beyond a bloody pool.
  4. 4
Head east to Mason Dixon Salvage, north of Drowned Devil’s Crossing. Be prepared for Super Mutants, including Overlords, a Master, and a Brute. In the northern Abandoned Shack, find Nikola Tesla and You and a D.C. Journal of Internal Medicine. In the southern Abandoned Shack, find a locked footlocker [Average] and a copy of Tumblers Today. Loot ammo boxes.
  5. 5
Head northeast to an Abandoned Tent south of SatCom Array NN-03d. Inside, find Nuka-Colas, ammo boxes, and a copy of Nikola Tesla and You. A Nuka-Cola Quantum is on a table next to a ham radio.
  6. 6
Go northwest to a Brotherhood Outcast shack west of SatCom Array NN-03d. Find a Schematic - Shishkebab on a table. A Nuka-Cola Quantum is on the roof corner.
  7. 7
Head east to SatCom Array NN-03d, avoiding Raiders. Explore towers A, B, and C.
  8. 8
In SatCom Array NN-03d-A, clear out Raiders using the entrance hallway and door tactics. Loot Raider gear. Ascend to the top of the SatCom Array and proceed to SatCom Array NN-03d-B via wooden planks.
  9. 9
In SatCom Array NN-03d-B, observe Raider decorations. Find a tunnel leading to SatCom Array NN-03d-C.
  10. 10
In SatCom Array NN-03d-C, defeat Raiders. Find a copy of Pugilism Illustrated behind the stairs on a toilet. Ascend to the dish at the top and collect Mini Nukes from a training dummy.
  11. 11
Head east from SatCom Array NN-03d-C to MDPL-21 Power Station. Enter the Power Substation. Use a Terminal [Hard] to open a locked floor safe [Hard]. Find a copy of Nikola Tesla and You on a Workbench. Expect attacks from Talon Company Mercenaries or Regulators upon leaving.
  12. 12
Head north-northeast from MDPL-21 Power Station to a pond with radioactive barrels and a half-submerged truck bed. Swim behind the truck bed to find a cubby with a bed and table. Loot RadAway and find a D.C. Journal of Internal Medicine. A locked safe [Average] is also present.
  13. 13
Backtrack to SatCom Array NN-03d, then head west-northwest to Fort Constantine. Clear out robots and loot the area. Enter the Personnel Offices.
  14. 14
In the Personnel Offices, defeat robots and avoid hazards. In the men’s bathroom, find an Assault Rifle and 5.56 Rounds. In the women’s bathroom, find a dead Raider. Go upstairs west, then northwest to a cafeteria with kitchen loot. South of the cafeteria, a storage room contains a dead Raider with a 10mm Pistol and 10mm Rounds. On the ground floor, go east past offices and down a tunnel to the left.
  15. 15
Take another left to find stairs and a locked door [Hard] containing high-tech components and other loot, including a copy of Grognak the Barbarian on the counter. Go up the stairs, loot shelves, and take three lefts to find a door with gun cabinets, one containing a Stealth Boy. Find the Turret Control System [Average]. Loop back to the cafeteria or go up more stairs to the roof. Defeat robots on the roof and loot a metal shelf and ammo boxes in the northwest corner. Head west to the CO Quarters.
  16. 16
In the CO Quarters, find an already unlocked safe containing the Bobblehead - Big Guns. If all keys for Mister Crowley were obtained, the bunker can be accessed.
Tips
  • Fast travel near Deathclaw Sanctuary instead of directly to it to avoid overwhelming Deathclaw encounters.
  • Inside Deathclaw Sanctuary, do not use your Pip-Boy light to maintain stealth.
  • The sneak-attack Combat Shotgun tactic is effective against Deathclaws.
  • Be aware of Deathclaws having high ground advantage in the Sanctuary.
  • The unique Ripper, Jack, is more lethal than a standard Ripper due to its damage calculation and critical hit chance.
  • Vengeance, a Gatling Laser, deals significantly more damage than standard versions and is effective against powerful enemies.
  • Mason Dixon Salvage is heavily populated with Super Mutants; consider skills like Paralyzing Palm for survival.
  • When clearing SatCom Array NN-03d-A, use the entrance door for cover and tactical advantage against Raiders.
  • The Nuka-Cola Quantum on the roof of the Brotherhood Outcast shack can be knocked down with a projectile.
  • The Terminal [Hard] in MDPL-21 Power Station opens a locked floor safe [Hard].
  • The pond north-northeast of MDPL-21 Power Station contains radioactive barrels; use RadAway and be cautious.
  • The Turret Control System found in Fort Constantine's Personnel Offices is not useful as the turret downstairs has already been dealt with.
