Tips
- These perks are missable, so plan your quest choices carefully.
- For the Wasteland Survival Guide perks (_Junior Survivor_, _Survivor Expert_, _Survivor Guru_), consider using drugs like Buffout or Mentats to temporarily raise attributes if needed to achieve better responses.
- The _Ghoul Ecology_ perk's damage bonus may apply to all enemies, not just Ghouls, and stacks with rapid-fire weapons.
- The _Superior Defender_ perk is particularly strong as the game often considers the player to be standing still, especially when using V.A.T.S.
- For _Wired Reflexes_, you can choose to kill Dr. Zimmer with the android's help for a unique weapon before selling out the android.
