Paradise Falls

Strictly Business: Head to Paradise Falls and speak with Pronto in "Lock and Load." Agree to bring him twenty Chinese Assault Rifles (any condition will do).

Slaver Barracks: Enter the Slaver Barracks. On the bottom floor, find a note titled "Burn this Goddamn Jumpsuit" and a Vault 77 Jumpsuit.

Sammy's Scheme: Go to the bar and witness Ymir kill the bartender, Frank. Near Eulogy's Pad, find and take the unique Pool Cue named The Break. Head to the slave pens and speak with Sammy. He'll suggest connecting their computer to the Paradise Falls secure network to facilitate an escape.

Eulogy's Pad: Go to Eulogy's Pad. Loot the area, ensuring you grab Eulogy Jones’ Hat (west of his bed), a Holotape (on a table in the southeast corner), and the Bobblehead - Speech. The Holotape can initiate the quest "The Replicated Man." Loot his safe for a Stealth Boy and find Nuka-Cola Quantum behind the staircase. Speak with Eulogy Jones. If you have evil karma, you can buy Clover for 1000 Caps. You can also discuss buying children from Little Lamplight (2000 Caps, or 1200 with a Speech check). Hack the Paradise Falls Main Terminal and update network connections.

Liberation!: Return to Squirrel to get the next step. Find Forty and use a Speech check to get him to bother Eulogy about a raise. Speak to Squirrel again; they are ready to leave once Penny agrees. Use a Speech check to convince Penny to leave without worrying about Rory. If unsuccessful, you'll need to find out about Rory's safety or steal a Paradise Falls Box Key from Forty, Eulogy, or a table near Eulogy's bed. Penny will leave regardless of Rory's fate. Meet them outside Paradise Falls for your reward.

Rescue from Paradise: After completing the escape, the quest is finished. The guide notes that the Great Bobblehead Hunt is now over, with a mention of the Barter Bobblehead at Evergreen Mills as a potential next step.
