Discover the locations of all 13 Skill Bobbleheads in Fallout 3. Each one boosts a specific skill by 10 points. Your ultimate guide to collecting them all!

Hey there! So, you're looking to snag all those sweet Skill Bobbleheads in Fallout 3? Awesome move! These little guys are super important because each one permanently bumps up a specific skill by a whole 10 points. Unlike the SPECIAL Bobbleheads, you don't need any special perks to grab these, so just pick 'em up whenever you stumble across them. Let's get you pointed in the right direction for each one!

Big Guns

You'll find this one in Fort Constantine, specifically in the CO Quarters. Head to the north-western part of the map, between two SatCom Arrays (NW-05a and NN-03d). Look for one of the smaller buildings; that's your spot. The Bobblehead is chilling in the basement, inside an already open safe. Bonus: this place also has two books for you!

Energy Weapons

This Bobblehead is located in Raven Rock, on Level 2. Go to the room in the north-western corner of the level, and you'll spot it on a table. Be careful though, this one's a bit of a missable item. Make sure you grab it before you head to the Control Room, or you might regret it later!

Explosives

Head just south of the WKML Broadcast Station to find the Sealed Cistern. The Explosives Bobblehead is sitting on a desk right next to a Ham Radio. The WKML Broadcast Station itself is in the north-western part of the Capitol Wasteland.

Lockpick

You'll need to make your way to the Bethesda Offices East, which are located east of Big Town and across the river. The Bobblehead is on a desk in a room just south of the center of the map. It's sitting on the desk directly underneath a safe that requires a special key to open.

Medicine

This is probably the easiest one to get, as it's in Vault 101, on your dad's desk. You can snag it when you're sixteen, right before you take the G.O.A.T., or even after during the breakout sequence. It's your first potential Bobblehead!

Melee Weapons

For the Melee Weapons Bobblehead, you'll need to venture into the Dunwich Building, specifically the Virulent Underchambers. This is way out in the far south-western corner of the map, pretty much the south-westernmost location in the game. You'll have to push through the Dunwich Building and the Forsaken Ruins to get there. Once you're in the Virulent Chambers, head to the southern-most room on the area map, near the door that leads back to the Dunwich Building. The Bobblehead is on the floor, surrounded by some cans and soda bottles.

Repair

This Bobblehead is in Arefu, inside Evan King’s House. Arefu is north-west of Megaton, situated on one of the old highways over the river. If you follow the river north from Megaton, you'll eventually find it. Now, here's a heads-up: you'll need a Lockpick skill of 50 to get into Evan King's house. Once you're inside, it's right by the door, on a table to your left.

Science

Head to Vault 106, located north-west of Vault 101. This one's pretty straightforward. Go through the Entrance and into the Living Quarters. From there, cross the bridge to the east, then head south through a door and follow the tunnel. You'll end up in a room on the eastern edge of the map, and the Bobblehead is sitting on a bookshelf.

Small Guns

You'll find the Small Guns Bobblehead in the National Guard Depot, specifically in the National Guard Armory. The Depot is on the edge of the D.C. area, near the eastern edge of the map, pretty much due east of Vault 101. It's a tough journey, and inside the Depot, it's even tougher with tons of robots. You'll need to navigate through a couple of areas until you find yourself back in the National Guard Depot in a spot that was previously inaccessible (it's in a room above the one that led to the Depot Training Wing). Hit the electrical switch by the desk, and a hole will open up, giving you access to the Armory. The Bobblehead is on a metal shelf in the main room of the Armory, the one packed with loot.

Sneak

For the Sneak Bobblehead, you'll want to go to the Yao Gui Tunnels, and then into the Yao Gui Den. These tunnels are way out on the far western edge of the world map, north and west of Girdershade. Once you're through the Tunnels and in the Den, follow the path into a large open room. Stick to the wall on your left, and you'll find a Metal Box. The Bobblehead is sitting right on top of it.

Speech

You can find the Speech Bobblehead in Paradise Falls, specifically in Eulogy’s Pad. Paradise Falls is north of the Northwest Seneca Station. You can get in by saying the right things or by using a [Karma] check if you're feeling particularly evil. Once you're inside, head to the next area and locate Eulogy’s Pad. The Bobblehead is in the south-eastern corner of the house, sitting on a table.

Unarmed

The Unarmed Bobblehead is located in Rockopolis. This is an unmarked area on the map, west of Smith Casey’s Garage. If you tune into GNR, you might hear a tale about it. Head west from Smith Casey’s Garage until you reach a clearing surrounded by rock ledges with three paths. Look for a rock to the west with party flags over it – searching that will lead you to Rockopolis. Once inside, head north. You'll find the Bobblehead on the ground near the body of a guy named Argyle.
