Complete The Replicated Man quest in fallout 3. Get the Wired Reflexes perk and earn the Psychotic Prankster achievement by planting a grenade on Dr. Zimmer.

Freeform Quests in Rivet City:

Angela Staley & Diego:

1. Find Angela Staley in the Market during the day and ask about Diego.
2. Encourage Angela to use her feminine wiles to seduce Diego.
3. Speak to Cindy Cantelli in the market and purchase Ant Queen Pheromones for approximately 100~ Caps.
4. Return to Angela and give her the Ant Queen Pheromones.
5. Wait a day, speak to Angela again, and she will inform you they are getting married the next day at 3:00.
6. Attend the wedding. You will receive karma.

Sabotaging Angela & Diego:

1. Head to Saint Monica’s Church on the Midship Deck and find Diego.
2. Threaten to tattle on Diego to him; he will resolve to stop seeing Angela.
3. Alternatively, speak to Father Clifford and lie about Angela and Diego engaging in sinful relations. Father Clifford will expel Diego from the clergy, prompting him to pursue Angela.

Mister Lopez:

1. Find Mister Lopez wandering the city and speak to him.
2. Talk to Father Clifford and suggest Mister Lopez might be suicidal.
3. Find Mister Lopez at 3:00 on the edge of the observation tower overlooking the flight deck (accessible via the Bridge Tower stairwell).
4. Speak to Mister Lopez:
• Option #1: Shove him off the tower (Negative karma).
• Option #2: Tell him suicide is for cowards and succeed at a Speech check to talk him out of his suicidal thoughts (Positive karma).
• Option #3: Convince him to jump (Negative karma).

Tying Up Loose Ends:

1. Return to Grayditch and tell Bryan that Vera will take him in. This completes the “Those!” quest and awards the associated trophy/achievement if you previously agreed to help Bryan.
2. Return to Moira in Megaton and report your success in Rivet City.
3. Receive Mentats from Moira and a discount from traders in Rivet City.
4. Ask Moira about completing the last chapter.
5. Receive a Mini Nuke and one of the following perks: _Junior Survivor_, _Survivor Expert_, or _Surivor Guru_, based on quest completion.
6. Receive a copy of the Wasteland Survival Guide.

Jefferson Memorial:

1. Head west of Rivet City, past the broken bow, to find the Jefferson Memorial.
2. Enter the Jefferson Museum and Gift Shop.
3. Head down the hallway to the east, dealing with Super Mutants and turrets.
4. Turn south down a hallway with a Turret Control Terminal [Average] on the wall.
5. Continue south through another doorway, clearing Super Mutants.
6. Find the door to the Memorial Sub-Basement.

• Combat module with Wired Reflexes perk.
• “Psychotic Prankster” achievement/trophy (optional).
