Learn how to play Justice Monsters V in Final Fantasy XV, including tips for beating bosses, understanding rewards, and finding the best machines for gil and prizes.
Walkthrough
- 1Launch your pinball-monster by pressing X/A or holding X/A to charge a more powerful attack.
- 2Avoid enemy attacks, which are short-range cones or circular bursts. You are safe from damage at the bottom of the screen.
- 3Defeat various static monsters, paying attention to their elements and levels, as some are stronger or take less damage depending on your monster's element.
- 4Encounter boss monsters every few levels. These are humanoid and stronger than normal monsters.
- 5Boss monsters typically perform a circular attack and may shoot a beam at the bottom of the screen when heavily injured. They have attack countdowns.
- 6Hit boss monsters in the spot indicated by a reticle to interrupt their attack, delay it, and deal increased damage.
- 7If your pinball-monster is taking damage, switch to another one (R1 or L1, then Triangle/Y) and wait for health pickups.
- 8Hit bumpers to light up the background.
- 9Once the background lights are fully lit, you will get a prize based on a slot machine roll.
- 10Collect treasure chests during gameplay; the number of chests determines your prize when you lose or quit. You can get up to four slot rolls per level. Two chests on the slots earn you two chests, and three chests earn you five chests.
- 11You can quit the game as soon as you acquire the necessary amount of chests to claim your prize.
Tips
- Boss monsters are always fire-elemental, so use a water-elemental monster to deal more damage.
- The 10 gil version of Justice Monsters V offers useful accessories early in the game, such as Emerald Bracelets, Platinum Bangles, and Oracle Earrings.
- The 10,000 gil version offers greater value and better rewards, including the Wind-up Lord Vexxos, which is excellent for crafting magic (enabling Limit Break magic) and sells for 500,000 gil.
- Onion Bangles increase HP, Dark Matter Bracelets enhance strength, and Assist Suits improve multiple stats.
There are two versions of Justice Monsters V: 10 gil and 10,000 gil. Both have identical gameplay, but offer different prizes.
