Daurell Caverns

Drive east from the Taelpar Rest Area and pass through a tunnel.

Exit the tunnel, park the Regalia, and hop a guard rail to the south.

Find the stairs off the road and search a new Treasure Spot near a broken-down car to find a Diamond Bracelet.

Continue following the trail south, past the Daurell Spring Fishing Spot, until you reach the entrance to Daurell Caverns.

Enter the caverns; the sidequest “Daurell Caverns” will start.

Continue south until you find a fork. Search the beginning of the eastern branch to find a loot spot containing a Strong Bone.

Choose either the western path (squeeze through a cleft to the west, path with a stream) or the eastern path (crouch under a low section of tunnel to the east, brave poisonous pools).

Eastern Path: Pass under a low chute to encounter a Necromancer and two Hecteyes. After defeating them, search for a loot spot containing Fossil Wood. Continue downhill south, sliding into a cavern with several Hecteyes led by another Necromancer. Defeat them, then plunder a loot spot containing the Hardedge in the north-western corner. Follow the eastern wall south to find another loot spot containing a Beetle Shell. Continue south, loot a small cubby to the west for a Silver Bangle, which will provoke a Ronin and an Necromancer. Defeat them, then carry on south-west to reach pools of noxious liquid. Search the eastern edge of this passage for a Hi-Potion, then continue south-west to find another Hi-Potion. Continue south-east to find a third loot spot containing a Moogle Charm.

Western Path: Slide through a narrow cleft. Continue south-west and follow the stream. Encounter a Ronin, then search south of some tangled roots for a loot spot containing a Rusted Bit. Continue past an ice elemental deposit to find ledges to drop down. In the lower cavern, follow the river until you encounter several Hecteyes and a pair of Ronin. Defeat them, then search rocky shelves to the south for a Hi-Elixir. Head down a tunnel south until you find toxic green liquid. Avoid it and make your way south-west to find another fork.

Converged Path: The eastern and western forks rejoin. Head south-west to find a dead-end at the Daurell Stills Fishing Spot. A loot spot near the fishing spot contains a Heliodor Bracelet. Backtrack to the fork and head down the unexplored passage to the south-east.
