You'll find the Cie'th Stone for this mission in the Archylte Steppe, specifically in the Central Expanse, not too far from where you found the last mission's stone. Once you accept it, the Ugallu will show up as a pink star on your map, leading you to the Yaschas Massif – Tsubaddran Highlands area.

Phases:

1. Initial Encounter: The Ugallu is alone, which is a nice change of pace from some of the previous fights. Its Stagger rate is pretty low, so don't expect it to get staggered instantly.
2. Stagger and Attack: Your main goal here is to Stagger the Ugallu as fast as you can. The best way to do this is by using a Delta Attack or Mystic Tower Paradigm combination. Keep switching between these two as needed to build up the stagger gauge.
3. Offensive Push: Once the Ugallu is Staggered, immediately switch to an aggressive Paradigm like Aggression (Commando + Commando + Ravager). This is your window to deal massive damage.
4. Victory: Repeat the stagger-and-attack cycle a couple of times, and the Ugallu should be defeated.

Strategy:

• Focus on building the Stagger gauge using Paradigm shifts like Delta Attack or Mystic Tower.
• When the Ugallu is Staggered, switch to an offensive Paradigm like Aggression (Commando + Commando + Ravager) to maximize your damage output.
