As soon as you arrive, find 9x Ancient Bones down the ramp.

Kill the Yakshinis, then the group of two Yakshas and a Yakshini in the room.

Accept the quest from the nearby Menhirrim to hunt the Mushussu.

The mark is to the left of your position, indicated by a star on your minimap.

Defeat the Mushussu.
