This mission wants you to go back to Vallis Media, specifically the area near where Hope was before his Eidolon fight, close to the zone line for the Yaschas Massif. Yeah, that means you're heading back the way you came, fighting through enemies that have likely respawned. It's a bit of a trek, so just keep pushing forward until you see that red dot on your map indicating the Mark Location in Atzilut’s Tears.

Strategy:

Before you even think about engaging the Rakshasa, pop a Deceptisol. This is key if you're aiming for that coveted five-star rating. Once the fight begins, your absolute first priority is to take out the three Flans. If you let them merge, they become a Dire Flan, and that'll mess up your rating. After the Flans are dealt with, you can focus on the Rakshasa itself. A good paradigm setup here is Relentless Assault (COM/RAV/RAV). The Rakshasa uses shuriken-like projectiles that return to it, so watch out for those. Just keep the pressure on, and you'll take it down!
