Walkthrough
- 1At the fork, go straight ahead to find a Treasure Ball containing the Sazh weapon, Antares Deluxes.
- 2Turn around, save at the Save Point, and take the other path.
- 3You will reach a damaged road; turn right and begin fighting enemies.

- 13When you enter the large building, you will see two Treasure Balls. Approaching the second one will cause Adamantoise to crash through the glass floor, causing both Treasure Balls to fall. The left Treasure Ball contains 6x Particle Accelerator, and the right one contains Plush Chocobo.
- 14To obtain both Treasure Balls, defeat Adamantoise using Vanille's Death spell. Summon Hecatoncheir to disable both legs, causing Adamantoise to fall. Cast Vigilance on Vanille, dismiss Hecatoncheir, switch to SAB/SAB/SAB paradigm, and cast Death to increase the odds of KOing Adamantoise.

- 21Proceed through the door at the destination marker.
Tips
- Avoid Adamantoise unless significantly levelled, as it can instantly KO your party leader.
- Juggernaut halves physical and magic damage, has powerful attacks, and extremely high HP.
- Sanctum Celebrants have a slow attack rate but hit hard.
- Sacrifices halve physical damage and can inflict four status ailments with Anathema, and can also instant KO.
- The Proudclad (Second Encounter) can switch between walking and aerial forms, becomes more dangerous as the battle progresses, halves all elemental damage, and is immune to all status ailments.
