Alright, so you've made it to the Hideaway and are ready to tackle some side quests. The 'Red Letter Day' quest is one of the first ones you'll likely stumble upon once you progress far enough into the main story, specifically after you've completed the 'Righting Wrongs' main quest. Starting the Quest: First things first, you need to speak with Glen in The Bunks at the Hideaway after completing the 'Righting Wrongs' main quest.

Finding the Lost Supplies: Glen will ask you to find some missing items. Fast travel to the Orballe Downs. You'll see three objective markers on your map in the Gaultand’s Bales area. Head to each of them and collect the three 'Lost Supplies' sacks.

Getting a Lead: Unfortunately, none of those sacks contain the letter you're looking for. Look around the area for a Field Hand Lady who's watering some vines. She'll tell you that a dog ran off with the letter.

Exploring Before the Cellar Passage: Before you head towards the Cellar Passage, take some time to explore the houses in the vicinity. You might find some nice loot, including Accessories and an Orchestrion roll. Keep an eye out for a dog nearby.

Retrieving the Letter: You'll find the dog with the letter in its mouth near the houses, just before you reach the Cellar Passage. Approach the dog and pick up the letter.

Returning to Glen: Once you have the letter, fast travel back to the Hideaway and hand it over to Glen. This will complete the quest!

Tips

Make sure you've progressed far enough in the main story to unlock the Hideaway and the 'Righting Wrongs' quest before attempting this.
Don't forget to explore the area around the houses before heading to the Cellar Passage; there are some chests with useful items.
