Grab the Crate from inside this new area and pull it out into the water. Now, grapple over to the nearest pillar. From there, use your Pullcaster on the Crate to drag it further out into the water, closer to the next pillar.
Next, swim over to the rusty stairs you can see nearby. Pull the Crate towards you again. Then, swim over to the platform on the left side of the room and pull the Crate over there.
For the final move, stand in front of the railing behind you and pull the Crate one last time. Now, jump onto the Crate, and from there, you can climb up the wall to reach the Go Big Ornament. Nice job!
