You can snag this blastsling from the Hunter at Scalding Spear. Just a heads-up, you'll need a Ravager Circulator, which is a bit of a pain to get since it's an Uncommon drop from Ravagers. Make sure you've got about 632 Metal Shards handy too.

This blastsling really shines against those bigger machines that can't handle a lot of Explosive Damage.
