The Sun Scourge (Legendary)

How to Get the Sun Scourge:

1. Complete all Rebel Camps scattered across the map.
2. The final Rebel Camp, the First Forge, becomes available later in the story.
3. You do not need to complete Rebel Outposts to unlock this bow.
