    Option 2 (Gliding): Climb the mountains to the west or east of the settlement. From a high vantage point (e.g., a Shelter southwest of Cliffwatch), glide to the abandoned settlement platforms. You might even be able to land directly on the Tallneck.

    Ride the Tallneck until it passes a grapple point on a settlement platform to the northeast. Grapple up to this platform.
