    In Oldale Town, visit the Pokemon Center (southwest corner) to heal your Pokemon for free and use the PC to deposit or withdraw items and Pokemon.

    Visit the Pokemon Mart to purchase items. Currently available items and their prices are: Antidote ($100), Awakening ($250), Paralyze Heal ($200), Potion ($300). Poke Balls ($200) can only be purchased after obtaining the Pokedex from Professor Birch.

    Talk to the man next to the house in the southeast corner of Oldale Town to receive a free Potion.
