Walkthrough

    High Tide: Requires Surf. Follow the water, collect 4 Shoal Shells from different ledges and paths. Exit the cave.

    Low Tide: Requires Strength. Head north from the entrance, down stairs, and through an entrance. Take the right path, go down stairs, and use the ladder.

    Low Tide (B2): Collect Ice Heal and Shoal Salt. Climb stairs to a ladder, cross bridges, and use another ladder.

    Low Tide (B2 - continued): Talk to a man for a Focus Band. Collect the second Shoal Salt. Enter an entrance to the north and find the third Shoal Salt. Collect the fourth Shoal Salt south of the entrance.

    Low Tide (Bottom Floor): Return to the room with the training man. Push a boulder with Strength to the right, use the ladder.

    Low Tide (Ice Area): Navigate the slippery ice counter-clockwise to find TM07: Hail. Slide again, go up steps, and collect Nevermeltice.

    Exiting Low Tide: Return to the ladder, climb up. Go back to the training man's room. Jump the ledge and go through the south entrance to exit.

    Shell Bell: Return to the old man near the entrance with 4 Shoal Shells (from high tide) and 4 Shoal Salts (from low tide) to receive a Shell Bell.

  • Spheal (Water/Ice type) can be found in Shoal Cave and evolves into Sealeo and Walrein. It has the Thick Fat ability, reducing Fire and Ice damage.
