Upon finding the last Dreamcatcher, you'll be directed to a specific cave behind a waterfall near Elysian Pool. Inside, you'll find a cave painting that leads to the Ancient Arrowhead trinket, which doubles your stamina meter when drawing a bow.

1. Final Dreamcatcher Location: After finding the last Dreamcatcher, check your Journal for a clue. This will lead you to the cave behind the waterfall at Elysian Pool.
2. Inside the Cave: Follow the main path north until the cave opens up.
3. Locate the Painting: Search to the east to find climbable rocks. At the top, you'll find a cave painting.
4. Claim the Reward: Examine the painting and then search for a hole containing the Ancient Arrowhead. This trinket doubles your stamina meter when drawing a bow.
