Alright, so after you've dealt with that whole mess in Chapter 2 and cleared up your bounty in Strawberry, a new poster will pop up in the sheriff's office. This one's for Joshua Brown. Turns out he's holed up in an old mine north of town, way out in the Big Valley, west of Mount Shann. You'll want to mark that skull icon on your map with a custom waypoint to make sure you're heading the right way.

When you get to the cave, he won't be immediately visible, so you'll need to head inside and check it out. Keep your eyes peeled because once you're in there, Brown's gonna try and get the jump on you. You'll end up in a duel, but remember, the goal here is to bring him in alive. This means you can't just shoot him; you've gotta shoot the gun right out of his hand. He's quick, though, so you'll only have a second or two to react. Aim for his hand – it'll be at his left hip from your perspective. Once you manage that, you'll need to chase him down, lasso him, and hogtie him before tossing him on your horse.

On your ride back to Strawberry, you'll likely run into some other bounty hunters. Don't worry too much about them; you can just ignore them and keep moving. Once you get back to the jail, put Joshua in a cell and collect your $40 reward from the sheriff. Easy money!
